About 70 to 80 percent of those who could've filed before can still file without worrying about whether their income levels are too high for Chapter 7. The fallout is with people with higher incomes.
It's not like there are wrecks or anything like that. It's just that the traffic is not moving.
The whole theory of the new law is to see how to improve people's ability to repay creditors. There's got to be a balance between relieving debt and allowing creditors to collect.
Honestly it's the kids that made us successful. They had a good outlook, and we made it fun.
There are still fires burning in the median, so we haven't be able to reopen it.
Those are very large and very dismaying numbers.
