The infrastructure needs to be developed.
We need to coordinate our efforts with the municipality and there are suggestion on ways to improve but more is needed especially with regards to waste disposal. There are plans for new industrial cities here and a budget has been allocated but the final decision has not been made.
What has happened is that it's politically prudent to be for education. Gov. Easley, to his credit, has put in good work to be an education governor.
The will to succeed is important, but what's more important is the will to prepare.
