I just hope I can have more games like this in the future.
I knew it would eventually be to my benefit. It didn't take long to see where it was really paying off. I could tell right away. I was more comfortable with my swing. I was hitting the ball harder. I definitely could sense the difference.
I didn't know if I could go back out and do it again. I had given it my all in the other innings.
It is something that I hope to do. I hope it happens. If not, life goes on. But it's definitely an inspiration to me.
I've been playing with most of those girls since I was little, so I always look forward to facing North Bergen. There's always a different feeling to those games. It's a lot of fun.
